🔧 MAINTENANCE ISSUE REPORTING PROTOCOL

(Lights Out, Leaks, Property Damage, etc.)

🔵 1. MARK THE ISSUE

• Use blue tape to clearly identify the problem
• Wrap tape around the post or fixture
• Ensure it is visible to maintenance

📝 2. CREATE A REPORT

• Submit a “While on Patrol” Report in InCar
• Be clear and direct — no vague descriptions

📍 3. IDENTIFY LOCATION

Include exact location details:

• Closest address
• Cross streets
• Landmarks or reference points

➡️ The goal: Maintenance must find it without calling you

📸 4. TAKE PHOTOS

You must include:

• Photo of the blue tape marking
• Wide shot showing location/context

---

⚠️ 5. DESCRIBE THE ISSUE

Clearly state:

• What is wrong (burnt-out light, leak, damage, etc.)
• Any safety concerns

🔁 APPLIES TO ALL MAINTENANCE ISSUES

• Burnt-out lights
• Water leaks
• Property damage
• Any condition needing repair

Before submitting:
