**After-Hours Pool Response Protocol for Guards:**

1. **Take Pictures:**
   - Capture photos of all individuals present (you must arrive blasting pictures, no matter who they are, remember it is after-hours, residents or non-residents are equally violating pool rules).
   - If photos cannot be taken (e.g., minors), provide a detailed description of each person in the report.

2. **Identify Residents:**
   - Ask if individuals are residents.
   - If they confirm:
     - Request their address or unit number.
     - Ask them to show their key fob.
     - If they have a fob, scan it at the gate three times and include this in the report.
     - If they have a physical key, record the key number if available.

3. **Non-Residents:**
   - Inform non-residents that they will be trespassed if found on the property again.
   - If they refuse to provide information:
     - Follow them out and note their vehicle license plate number, vehicle description, or the address they enter.

4. **Documentation:**
   - Create a Response Call Report including all gathered information and before-and-after pictures of the pool area.
