ANY RESPONSE CALL  MUST ANSWER AT LEAST 5 QUESTIONS:

 

What for - What is response call for?

What found - What was found upon arrival?

What done - What did the guard do about it?

Where - Address, street, number

When - dates, times

Who - if people found include names or description

Vehicle - if vehicle involved, plates, make, color etc.

 

PICTURES

• The report must have PICTURES of the transients, vehicles or location involved.
• If you can get a before and after picture, that would be better
• We always need pictures so we have proof that we were there. 

 

RESPONDED TO CALL REPORT

• You must always create a Responded to Call report 
• Include all the information gathered from the questions above 
• include pictures
• The report must tell a complete story,
  • What was reported?
  • What was found?
  • How did it all end?
