We never enforce parking rules in the marked handicap spaces unless indicated by posted orders. The only rule we really ever would enforce is the handicap parking rule if there is one.

There is a "Valid Parking Permit" rule
But, because the vehicle is parked in the Handicap stall, we must not enforce any rules
