Hi Team,
Starting now, every report you submit needs to be complete. No exceptions.
Each report needs to clearly cover these 5 things:
- What happened
- Who was involved
- Where it happened
- When it happened
- How it ended
Why it happened is good to include if you know it, but it's not required.
If a report is missing any of the 5 required details, the Reports Department will email you first, then call you if needed, to get the missing info. Reports will not be sent out incomplete.
This applies to all reports from all OC Patrol posts (shopping centers, guard houses, patrol guards, cemeteries, etc).
